  • The biggest park on our list, Richmond holds 955 hectares of green beauty. 

  • London's largest site of special scientific interest and a European special area of conservation.

  • Visit the Isabella Plantation which is best known for its evergreen azaleas, which line the ponds and streams, peaking in late April and early May.

  • Grab a bicycle and let the wind take you on a green journey. 

  • Head to Pembroke Lodge which is a magnificent listed Georgian Mansion set in 13 acres of landscaped grounds. It is situated at the highest point in Richmond Park with spectacular views over the Thames Valley to the west. Café opens 9am - 5.30pm.

  • Richmond Park is a National Nature Reserve and deer park with 630 red and fallow deer roaming freely.

Opening times

Open 24 hours except during the deer cull in November and February. During these months, pedestrian gates open at 7:30 am and close at 8:00 pm
