Inspired by St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City, St. Paul’s Dome was built in 1710 and is the second largest cathedral dome in the world.
At 365 ft (111m) high, it was the tallest building in London from 1710 to 1962.
St. Paul’s has seen the funerals of Admiral Lord Nelson, Sir Winston Churchill and Margaret Thatcher.
